Our Earth is blessed with a number of trees, plants and flowers, which carries the power to save us from the unwanted health-problems. Some floras contains dangerous chemicals, while most of them carries a number of healing properties. Enlisted below are some herbal  plants, which helps are lead a healthy life.
Herbal Trees with Medicinal Values
Aloe Vera
Aloe Vera or the medicine plant plays magic to treat skin problems. The plant grows to a height of 12 to 16 inches and is cultivated in the temperature of above 40 degree centigrade. There are more than 200 different species of Aloe Vera and each one is greatly used to heal the burn areas, skin diseases, hairl fall problems and indigestion. It is commercially cultivated in Mumbai, Gujarat and South India.
Amla Plant
Gooseberry(Amla) is one of the richest source of Vitamin C. It is a medium size deciduous plant, which attains a height of 8 to 18 meters. Amla is used to make herbal products, which helps get rid of health-related problems like hair fall, hemorrhage, leucorrhoea, skin diseases and discharge of blood from uterus. It is widely cultivated in Uttar Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
Neem Tree
Also known as Nimba, the tall Neem tree play significant role in the world of Ayurvedic medicine. It helps to treat Chickenpox, fever, skin disease and headache. Wildlife National Parks like Ranthambore National Park, Bandhavgarh National Park, Sariska Wildlife Sanctuary and Guindy National Park are famous for plantation of Neem trees.
Tulsi Plant
Basil(Tulsi) is considered as holy by devout Hindus. Normally, the plant grows till a height of about 75 -90 cm and leaves are round-oval in shape. Besides, its religious significance, the plant is of great medicinal value. Juice extracted from the leaves are consumed to get relief from cold, fever, cough, indigestion, cholera and insomnia. Also, people love to take some refreshing sip of herbal tea, made up of Tulsi leaves. It is widely available in the Sasangir National Park and Gir Widlife Sanctuary of India.
Eucalyptus
Popularly called as Nilgiri Taila, Eucalyptus is a tall tree, with height more than 300 feet. Oils taken out of the Eucalptus leaves has great medicinal value. It helps in purifying bloods and lowering of blood sugar level. It cures problems of Asthma, bronchitis, cardiac problems and fungal infections. It is greatly cultivated in the Nilgiri hills, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh, Gujarat, Haryana, Mysore and Kerala.
Turmeric Plant
Also called as 'Haldi', Tumeric plays a vital role for the production of Ayurvedic medicines and hebal products. People consume small piece of raw turmeric to cure infections of liver, cold, leprosy, inflammation and skin diseases. Paste of haldi is also used in skin to treat pimples and tanning. It is greatly cultivated in the tropical areas, which is 1200 meter MSL. Sanjay Gandhi National Park in India is well-known for cultivation of turmeric plants.
